THE LECTORPhotography, collage 2023 - 2024 Agata Stępień’s series “The Lector,” presented as part of the exhibition “A Space for Wasting Dreams”, includes photographic-collage works created between 2023 and 2024.

In the works of artists associated with Nowa Huta, Agata recognized a similar creative sensitivity. Over time, commonalities were also discovered in their biographies. Through exhibition catalogs, press reviews, conversations with event participants, and preserved works, one can see the artists’ active role in the field of art. “The Lector” also represents a local artist, one of many women constantly fighting for space to create.
